Shift Supervisor in two-shift system (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Management of daily production processes with the aim of optimal adherence to deadlines
  • Control of production processes with regard to efficiency, occupational and environmental safety and cleanliness
  • Supporting Kaizen, OEE and TPM projects
  • Implementation of the company's health and safety precautions

Your profile:

  • You have leadership experience in the industrial sector
  • You have knowledge of LEAN management
  • Work safety and quality are important to you
  • You promote change processes and teamwork
