The DONECK EUROFLEX range covers solvent-based and water-based flexographic and gravure printing inks.
Since the early days of our company, we have always focused exclusively on flexographic and gravure printing inks. Our expertise in formulating these inks has been developed over decades. All our experience and development work goes into our present-day product range, which meets high standards both technically and in terms of food safety.
As a partner of the paper and plastics industry, we know our customers’ processing setups. And it is this experience and lots of user-specific know-how that go into our products.
water-based printing inks for envelopes are suitable for all conventional machine types. The WX series is a highly concentrated, low-emission (VOC <1 %) ink system displaying minimal curling and excellent cleanability. De-inkable series are also available upon request.
The Doneck Network boasts
modern ink systems for printing on paper bags. The inks are low-migration, allowing the relevant food packaging requirements to be met regardless of the product specifications.
solvent-based printing inks for food packaging refined using frontal printing have excellent press stability, and are suitable for high-performance halftone printing with sharp dot definition. They are low-migration, and are distinguished by low solvent retention.
solvent-based printing inks for carry-bags provide excellent gloss and optimum colour intensity, and are characterised by good crease and abrasion-resistance, and adhesive properties on coextruded polyolefin foils. We also offer water-based inks in this area.
This series of inks is particularly odourless, with excellent cleanability. Our
EURO-NAP WTE series allows you to uphold the detection limits for primary aromatic amines, as well as the officially stipulated ink bleeding resistance as per EN646.
In addition to the classic
water-based and solvent-based chromatic colours used in this field, the Doneck Network also provides special ink series capable of producing unique visual effects, such as metallic, pearlescent, matte or fluorescent inks.
Combined with various technical blends and additives, our
modern concentrate systems enable top quality and flexible colour formulation at low cost. They also have excellent press stability. Special surface effects, such as abrasion-resistance, gloss, and non-slip or barrier properties, can be achieved using the appropriate overprint varnishes.
printing inks for pre-print corrugated cardboard may be used on all coated and uncoated proof paper. The special combination of raw materials means they, in conjunction with our heat-proof pre-print varnishes, can be easily processed on all kinds of corrugators.
composite inks for laminates have been developed for reverse printing with subsequent lamination. They are distinguished by rapid solvent release and excellent printing properties. As each composite structure must be examined specifically depending on the foil and adhesive, the right ink-series selection should tie in with our application technology.
Great emphasis was placed on good weather resistance when designing our
solvent-based printing inks. We use pigments with a high degree lightfastness and a special binder structure. These ink series are also available in more non-slip variants.
Our inks provide high gloss and very good water resistance, coupled with outstanding printing properties. The flexible colour film ensures excellent stretch/shrink features.
Our printing ink series for the printing of paper packaging that is exposed to heat and is in direct contact with food is characterised by good stability in the printing machine.
Our printing ink series for direct food contact in combination with our overprint varnish impresses with good stability when printing as well as ISEGA certification.
gravure and flexographic printing inks with a mild odour are particularly suitable for the printing of pre-varnished aluminium and are used in particular with protective aluminium lids for food packaging.
